What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 10 days after finishing the order.(For December 29 to January 3, the delivery time may take longer because the facilities are closed for the holidays)
What are the image files that can be used?
The image file formats that can be used are JPEG (excluding Progressive JPEG and JPEG2000).
Can you make a Year Album using pictures taken from mobile phones?
As long as the files are in JPEG format, they can be used. However, wallpaper images on mobile phones (less than 480 pix) cannot be used.
What is the basis for choosing and laying out of images?
Through Fujifilm's image analysis technology "Image Organizer" the images are analyzed within a set period of time. In addition, the technology can do image selection and choose the optimal image from a large number of images, and can perform other types of image analysis, such as adjusting the brightness of the image based on the date and time information, focus, face authentication, etc. Also, the Year Album can organize the photos that you took in a year and make them in a book, so not only you can choose the best pictures, but also lay them out perfectly within a set time frame.
Up to how many pixels can you handle?
Year Album can handle up to 15 million pixels; however the number of pixels can vary depending on the PC used and the amount of data. If the PC specifications are low, then if the amount of pixel is high (large files), then the operations may slow, and the screen may freeze, so please be careful. If that is the case, then the user can decrease the amount of pixel or data size by using the editing software to resize.
If the amount of pixel in the camera used is high, does this mean that it will be done more beautifully?
At the time of order, after the resizing process matches the resolution with the output, the data will be sent, so above a certain number of pixels the resolution will be the same throughout.
Do you handle other sizes?
Currently, the Year Album product is only available in 205 x 145 mm size. *There are photobooks, other than the Year Album, that has sizes available on the internet and photography studios.
What is the maximum number of images that can be read?
Currently, the number of images that can be read and analyzed is 3,000. If the number of images is more than 3,000, then please narrow them down to time period and saved folders before using.
Can you use images which are uploaded in Facebook?
It is possible to use images from Facebook that are saved on the PC, but images from Facebook do not have time and date information, so initial layout cannot be performed automatically. You need to manually enter the images in the editing software page.
Are the images automatically corrected?
Fundamentally, the images are automatically corrected, but the automatic correction can be removed using internet editing software. (However, for store orders, the automatic edting feature cannot be removed).
How many images can be fitted in each page?
A spread (2-pages) can fit a maximum of 12 pages.
Can I resume editing the saved data (in the middle of editing) on another PC?
Currently, the data can only be edited on the PC where it is saved. The saved data cannot be transferred, or copied to another PC.
Up to how many characters can be entered?
The title can have up to 20 characters, the subtitle 24 characters, and the comments can have up to 30 characters.

What is the barcode that is located on the right side of the last page and on the front and back cover pages?

What does Member mean?
This editing software for internet use was independently provided by Fujifilm, Kitamura Camera, and Koide camera. Members mean the registered members of the companies that are the original providers of this editing software. The order data on each editing software is managed based on the companies' registered member information (For Fujifilm, it is based on the comprehensive registration site Fotonoma)

The nationwide uniform charge for door-to-door courier delivery is JPY 540. There are no delivery charges for store pick-up.
Are there any service charges?
For cash on delivery payments, there is a service charge of JPY 324. Also, if you are paying at a convenience store, there is a service charge of JPY 216. There is no service charge if you are paying by credit card, or at the store.
